Sign in with your email. No password — we send a one-time link. Accounts are created by your first purchase: buy a certificate on the certificate page and the sign-in link arrives with the receipt. After that: credits, CSV batches and your certificate API key all live here.
One credit issues one certificate. Credits never expire.
Every certificate is issued for the 0.25° CleanZone research cell that contains the point. If the cell has too little measured data to score, the request is refused — we never print a number we cannot stand behind.
Column 1 — the address. One per row. A postcode, a place or full coordinates all work. Wrap it in quotes if it contains commas, or just leave it: we glue a split address back together.
Column 2 — the template number. Leave it blank and the row gets the default you pick below. Put a number in and that row gets that template, so 300 addresses can carry two looks — or 300 different ones.
Column 3 — your reference (optional). Your listing number or whatever you file by; it prints on the certificate and comes back in the manifest.
12 Carrer de Sants, Barcelona,,LISTING-001 ← blank = the default below 40 Gran Via, Madrid,2,LISTING-002 ← this one prints as Premium 88 Rua Augusta, Lisbon,3,LISTING-003 ← this one as Data-Forward
Headers are optional. If you prefer
them, use address, template,
reference, or lat/lon — any
order. A template you spell wrong falls back to the default rather
than failing the row. Nothing is charged for a row that cannot be
resolved. Download a sample CSV →
Same credits, no separate quota: a pull of 3,500 certificates is just a ledger debit.
