Four weeks of due diligence for a new address — environment as lived, the public record, paper, then the decision. Full method: cleanz.one/articles/21-day-relocation-check.html
Week 1 — Environment as lived
Visit at hostile hours — three visits logged: early weekday, late weekday, weekend night
Watch the sky, twice — overhead traffic noted on all three visits
Run the taps — utility water report obtained; hardness + nitrate recorded
Walk the perimeter in four directions — masts / HV lines / industry logged
Week 2 — The public record
Transmitter registry pulled for ~1 km radius
Radon class, land-use history and flood zoning looked up
Distance-to-hazard list written down (airport, motorway, rail, quarry, industry, HV)
